Billing and refunds
Release analytics and promotion are separate purchases.
Free account and profile
Signup, artist profiles, and release drafts are free. The MVP does not require a monthly subscription.
Release access
The configured release fee, currency and eligible discount appear before checkout. Successful, verified payment unlocks that release, not your entire catalogue. Availability of platform metrics varies.
Promotion
Promotion charges include a campaign budget and a separate RoyaltyOS service fee. Paid campaigns are reviewed and executed with admin assistance. Payment alone does not launch ads or guarantee results.
Payment issues and refunds
Contact support promptly for duplicate or incorrect charges or to request campaign cancellation. Refunds require review of delivery, applicable law and payment-provider rules; a cancellation request does not automatically issue a refund.
